It was a Friday night this past summer and me and a couple of the girls were in the backyard watching baseball when I casually said "Hey, we should go to Babe's for lunch tomorrow!". Babe's is a restaurant in Palm Desert that serves the most amazing goat cheese tamales!! Oh, and they also have wonderful sweet potato fries!! The girls said, "REALLY?". I answered, "Why not?".
The next morning Christina, Hannah, Kelsey, and Brooke got up and we loaded in the car.
